Eligibility and Application: To be eligible for this scheme, the applicant must be a resident of West Bengal and fall within the maximum age limit of forty (40) years. Students can apply for the loan at any time during the tenure of their course, and the repayment period is set at fifteen (15) years for all loans availed under this scheme.

How to Apply: Applying for the ‘Students Credit Card’ Scheme is a straightforward process. Students can visit the official website of West Bengal Government at www.wb.gov.in or https://banglaruchchashiksha.wb.gov.in and click on the “STUDENT CREDIT CARD” tab to apply. Alternatively, they can also visit https://wbscc.wb.gov.in for the online application.

List of Documents Required: To complete the application process, students need to provide a list of necessary documents, including:

• Colour photograph of the applicant
• Colour photograph of the co-applicant/co-borrower (parents/legal guardian)
• Applicant’s mobile number and e-mail ID
• Signature of the applicant and co-borrower/co-applicant
• Student’s Aadhaar Card
• Applicant’s PAN Card or an undertaking in the prescribed format if no PAN Card is available
• Co-Borrower’s Address Proof and mobile number
• Guardian/co-borrower’s PAN card or an undertaking in the prescribed format, if no PAN Card is available
• Admission Receipt
• Prospectus/Certificate from the competent authority of the institution, mentioning charges like Admission Fee, Examination Fee, Hostel Charges, etc.
• Age Proof of applicant (PAN/Aadhaar/Class 10 Board Admit Card/Driving Licence)
• Last Qualifying Exam Certificate/Marksheet of the applicant
• Bank details of the applicant and co-borrower: first page of bank passbook containing bank name & branch, account number, IFSC, etc.
• ITR of the last 2 years of the co-borrower (Non-Mandatory)
• Asset and Liability document of the co-borrower (Non-Mandatory)

আপনি পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাসী এবং উচ্চশিক্ষার সমৃদ্ধ পথে অগ্রসর হতে চান? শিক্ষার্থী জীবনে আপনার স্বপ্ন সত্ত্বেও মুসকান এবং সাফল্যের আশা রয়েছে! এই অসামস্যিক স্কীম উচ্চশিক্ষা বিভাগ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার দ্বারা চালু করা ‘Students Credit Card’ স্কিমের মাধ্যমে আপনি প্রয়োজনীয় আর্থিক সহায়তা পেতে পারবেন। এই স্কীমের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষা জীবনের সমস্ত ব্যয়ে আর্থিক অবরোধ সরে যাবে, যাতে শিক্ষার্থীদের সফল সমৃদ্ধ ভবিষ্য নিশ্চিত হয়।

স্কীমের সুবিধা: ‘ছাত্রদের ক্রেডিট কার্ড’ স্কিমের মাধ্যমে, যোগ্য শিক্ষার্থীরা স্কুল ক্লাস X, উচ্চতর মাধ্যমিক, স্নাতক, পোস্ট-গ্র্যাজুয়েট, পেশাদার, ডাক্টোরেল এবং পোস্ট-ডাক্টোরেল স্তরের প্রশিক্ষণে যোগ্য হয়। এছাড়াও, IAS, IPS, WBCS এবং অন্যান্য প্রতিযোগী পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতির জন্য ছাত্ররা স্কীমের উপকার নেওয়ার অধিকার পাবে। এই ঋণ দ্বারা তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় বিদ্যালয় ফি, ছাত্রাশ্রম খরচ এবং অন্যান্য শিক্ষামূলক ব্যয় পূরণ করা যাবে।

যোগ্যতা ও আবেগ: এই স্কীমের সুবিধা পেতে, শিক্ষার্থীদের পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাসি হতে হবে এবং তাদের বয়স পঞ্চাশ (৫০) বছরের মধ্যে হওয়া উচিত। ছাত্ররা স্কুল কর্সের যে সময়কালে স্কীমের সুবিধা গ্রহণ করতে পারবে, সেই সময়ে তারা আবেগ করতে পারবে। সকল কোর্সের জন্য ঋণ প্রদান করার জন্য স্কুল বেয়ারার আবেগী ছাত্রদের পুরো সুযোগ রয়েছে।

আবেগের পদ্ধতি: ‘ছাত্রদের ক্রেডিট কার্ড’ স্কিমে যোগ্য ছাত্ররা অনলাইনে আবেগ জমা দেওয়ার সুবিধা পেয়েছে। অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট www.wb.gov.in বা https://banglaruchchashiksha.wb.gov.in পরিদর্শন করুন এবং “ছাত্রদের ক্রেডিট কার্ড” ট্যাবে ক্লিক করুন। এছাড়াও, https://wbscc.wb.gov.in সাইটে গিয়ে অনলাইনে আবেগ জমা দিতে পারেন।

প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র: স্কীমের সুবিধা গ্রহণ করতে, ছাত্রদের নিম্নলিখিত কাগজপত্র প্রদান করতে হবে:

• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর  ফটো
• স্বপ্নময় সহ-স্বপ্নময় পিতা/মাতার ফটো
• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ইমেল আইডি
• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর স্বাক্ষর
• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর আধার কার্ড
• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর প্যান কার্ড বা প্রদত্ত ফরম্যাটে প্রতিশ্রুতি, যদি প্যান কার্ড না থাকে
• সহ-ছাত্রের ঠিকানা প্রমাণপত্র এবং মোবাইল নম্বর
• ভর্তি রসিদ
• স্কুল/প্রতিযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রমাণিত সনদপত্র (যেখানে ভর্তি ফি, পরীক্ষা ফি, ছাত্রাশ্রমের খরচ ইত্যাদি উল্লেখ করা থাকে)
• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর বয়স প্রমাণপত্র (প্যান/আধার/ক্লাস ১০ প্রবেশপত্র/ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স)
• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর সর্বশেষ যোগ্যতা পরীক্ষার সনদপত্র/মার্কশিট
• ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর এবং সহ-ছাত্রের ব্যাংকের বিশেষ তথ্য: ব্যাংকের প্রথম পৃষ্ঠা, ব্র্যাঞ্চ ঠিকানা, অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর, আইএফএসসি ইত্যাদি
• সহ-ছাত্রের/ছাত্রীর শেষ ২ বছরের আয়কর রিটার্ন প্রমাণপত্র (ঐচ্ছিক)
• সহ-ছাত্রের সম্পত্তি ও দায়িত্বের নথি (ঐচ্ছিক)
